As a Chemistry Consultant, Julia has been working closely with LexisNexis throughout 2007 to reshape their sales force, facilitating their goal to fundamentally change the industry. LexisNexis Group is the largest and fastest growing part of Reed Elsevier, the Anglo-Dutch FTSE-100 publisher and information provider. Julia has been working hand-in-hand with Sales, Recruitment and HR to understand what ‘great’ looks like for LexisNexis and implement change across candidate selection methods, Agency relationships and the full recruitment process.
Julia has also helped Yell to select the right people for their sales business and manages the ‘Associates Programme’ – Ensuring that these experts work closely with Chemistry to provide assessment, coaching, training and business expertise to our clients.
Julia began her career in Recruitment, providing outsourced solutions to key clients such as British Gas Services, Centrica Business Services, Yell 118 24 7 and Royal Mail. As a Consultant with Chemistry, she draws on her experience as a Manager, having written and implemented end-to-end recruitment processes for a host of roles, departments and industry sectors.
Julia has not only worked in the world of Recruitment, but has also been involved in major delivery projects with Cable & Wireless and CIT Financial Services – Coordinating between Sales, Operations and the Client to ensure the smooth running of some UK-wide and Global assignments.
Julia is fascinated by psychology and the tools that can be used to quickly discover someone’s skills, motivations and capabilities. She is driven by her enthusiasm to educate and equip clients with the skills to take their business forward.
