Elouise graduated with a first class degree from Reading University where she studied Sociology and Research Methods. At Chemistry, her role focuses on the use of Psychometric tools and Psychology based assessments throughout the business. This has involved completing Level A and B accreditation from the BPS and working with clients on their internal tests and assessments.
As an expert in the ethical and accurate use of testing throughout the Chemistry Group, Elouise plays a crucial role in client projects. At Yes Telecom, she developed a more successful and sustainable recruitment process. At Yell, she has profiled and identified the key attributes of top performing sales managers, using this information to produce a model of what good looks like. Most recently, she has used psychometric tools to understand the effectiveness of outsource partnerships with India for Cable&Wireless.
Elouise is passionate about the power of psychometric testing, used correctly, to understand and evaluate the talent within organisations.
